5/27/25 Forecast (5/27 - 6/3)

  Fuels: Widespread moisture has occurred over the last week for the entire state. As a result, all indicies have seen substantial improvement in the fire environment. Any fire potential will be extremely isolated to nearly impossible until longer term drying once again becomes established. The one area that has been drier than normal with recent moisture is the northwest. However, good overnight recoveries and high humidity overall will limit fire concerns. Statewide Preparedness Level: 2     Growing Season Index:      Forecast: Tuesday, May 27th Periods of showers with persisting overcast.
